Transition Experts is the first and only independent international specialist for advice and implementation of IT transitions and transformations. Call us passionate, enthusiasts, crazy about our profession... our people ‘thrive’ on transitions and transformations and are fully committed to bringing complex projects to a successful completion.
Transition Experts was set up in 2010 by a number of enthusiastic IT professionals. Built on a firm foundation of years of experience, with great enthusiasm for digital transformation in general and a true passion for IT transitions in particular.
We have seen good projects fail in the past, or even get stranded on common problems which could have been prevented. This became the foundation for Transition Experts: to support customers with IT change projects and to allow the transition to be completed in a smooth and carefree way.
Fast forward ten years and Transition Experts has grown into a great organisation with a significant team of specialists, branches in the Netherlands and Germany and dozens of wonderful projects and customers in the portfolio.
