Dirk has more than 25 years of IT experience in roles including consultant, manager, project manager, service portfolio manager, project manager and transition manager. He has worked for business service providers, the building trade, logistic service providers, the steel industry, the oil industry and the gas industry. He has also gained considerable experience of working with IT service providers.

Dirk is a focused, thorough and efficient transition manager, who has and radiates a great sense of responsibility. His management style is clear, honest and open. He sees clear and feasible objectives as being of the utmost importance. Other behavioural traits and skills include loyalty, resolving conflict situations, acting in a solution-focused way and displaying leadership.

Dirk sees bringing together the various interests and striving for optimal quality as his main focus points during a transition.

Gert is responsible for our customers and professionals within Transition Experts. He has lived and worked in Germany for more than 30 years. He has been involved with several international IT service providers’ transition projects in a variety of roles during his career. These projects mainly concerned infrastructure outsourcing, but he has also gained extensive experience with managing IT restructuring projects. In addition, he has gained experience in setting up and managing international project and transition departments.

One of Gert’s main strengths is the developing and maintaining of relationships with customers and professionals and he is very skilled at bringing the right people together, based on the customer’s needs.

Marcel managed a very wide range of projects during his time at Imtech. He also managed a team of system architects and database application developers for more than 5 years and is therefore now more than familiar with the tricks of the trade. Marcel has more than 15 years of experience in transition projects and international projects. The latter particularly resulted in the knowledge he now uses during transition projects on a daily basis.

Marcel is a dedicated and loyal manager and demonstrates the right level of flexibility in order to obtain the agreed result as a team. His customers appreciate his enthusiasm, drive and quality of work. He finds creating the right atmosphere in which people are prepared to work together and realise good performance levels very important. A deal is a deal. He works with a mixture of humour, creativity and decisiveness during the execution of his assignments.

Rob has been involved with many transition projects. Initially from within his role as ICT manager at Ernst & Young, later as a temporary transition manager for various customers. Rob has fulfilled all kinds of roles, from project team member to transition manager, programme manager and sponsor. The transition projects all differed where their complexity, scale and scope were concerned. People he works with describe him as competent, reliable, responsible and ambitious.

His extensive experience with transitions allows him to get projects up and running quickly and he has a keen eye for the issues which can make transitions so complex. Rob wants to realise actual added value for transitions and optimally meets his customers’ interests and expectations. The more he succeeds, the more he enjoys his work.

A true manager, who ensures that our professionals can fully focus on their projects. She is versatile, social and accurate: whatever you give Lisette, she makes sure it works out! Dennis is an experienced project manager, consultant and trainer and is able to draw on more than 15 years of international management experience. He advises and supports organizations with their IT and digital transformation projects (including both strategy and transition), often in an international context.

With his strong background in both business and IT, he is a trusted partner at all levels. Dennis lives in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and works mainly in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He has unparalleled in-depth knowledge of cultural differences, as well as the other challenges that international business involves.

In his role as a trainer, Dennis is able to convey his knowledge enthusiastically and always has the perfect example to get the point across. His drive, dedication and energy ensure that every participant can benefit from his knowledge and with a smile on their face!
